So this is my first attempt at repurposing clothes for my upcoming shoot…

It a civil war inspired theme with some of my flair on it, so here is a union jacket i came up with….

I now can sew buttons and button holes and tailor it in…only took me like 8 hours haha…

and yes i know I look sick and weird..but that just my face…

Hey, I wanted you to know that we are on a SUPER tight budget, but we do encampments too. (Rutherford B. Hayes on the 1st in Fremont, Ohio! TEH BEST EVER!) Anyhow, we do this too, take existing clothing and re-purpose it. Because, honestly, many men DID this too, the ones who couldn’t afford to do more than send his uniform money home, took old clothing and fiddled with it to remake a uniform. Good job, man!  Also: you have a Civil War-y look. Facial hair and all.
